Frequently asked questions
Find answers to some frequently asked questions about Foren
Sending and receiving money
How do I receive money?
Share the account details for the relevant currency account with the person or business sending you money.
They can then send the money directly to those account details.
How long does a transfer take?
Domestic transfers are typically completed instantly.
International transfers can take up to 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. The exact timing can depend on the currency, the receiving bank, and whether additional compliance checks are needed.
Can I cancel a transfer?
If your transfer is still pending, you can request a cancellation.
Once a transfer has moved beyond the pending stage, we can't guarantee that it can be cancelled.
What happens if my transfer fails?
If your transfer fails, the funds will typically be reversed to your account. If you have any concerns or the funds have not been reversed, contact us at help@foren.co and include your transaction reference number.
We'll review the transaction, confirm the status of the funds and, where applicable, arrange a reversal.
Why am I being asked for a supporting document?
Some payments need additional information to confirm their purpose.
You may be asked to provide a document such as an invoice, receipt, contract or purchase order. The document should clearly support the purpose of the payment.
Where can I see your fees and exchange rates?
Our fees are available in-app, and before you confirm a transfer, we'll show you the applicable exchange rate, fees, and the total amount you'll pay.
