Restricted or Disabled Accounts

Why has my account been restricted?

We may restrict an account while we verify information, review a payment, or meet a legal or regulatory requirement.

Check your email and the Foren app for any request for additional information.

We'll provide as much information as we're able to share. In some circumstances, we may be legally restricted from providing further details.

What does a "lien" or "post no debit" restriction mean?

It means that some or all of the funds in your account may be temporarily restricted while a payment or account matter is being reviewed.

You may still be able to receive funds, depending on the nature of the restriction.

We'll remove the restriction once the relevant review has been completed and will contact you if we need additional information.

Why has my account been disabled?

We may disable an account when our checks identify activity or a risk profile that falls outside what we're able to support.

If your account has been disabled, we'll provide any information we're able to share about the decision.

Can I reactivate a disabled account?

No. Once an account has been disabled, access to the account and its services cannot be restored.
