How can my business receive payments from international customers?
You can share your Foren account details for the relevant currency with your customer. They can use these details to make a payment, and the funds will be credited to your business account in the relevant currency.
Can I receive payments from customers and marketplaces?
Yes, provided the payments relate to legitimate goods or services provided by your business and are consistent with your account activity.
For larger or unusual payments, we may ask you to provide supporting documents such as an invoice or contract.
Can I collect payments without sharing my account details?
Yes. Where available, you can generate a payment link and share it with your customer.
Your customer will be able to make the payment, and the funds will be credited to your business account in the selected currency.
What are the limits for receiving money?
There is no stated limit on incoming payments. However, unusually large or unexpected payments may be subject to additional review.
