Is Foren the same company as Leatherback?
Yes. Leatherback is now Foren. It is the same company, team, and regulatory licenses, with a new name, visual identity, and refined service experience.
Why is Leatherback changing its name?
Leatherback is transitioning to Foren as part of the next stage of growth of the business. Following our acquisition by Zedcrest Group, we are evolving our brand to reflect our continued growth and long-term vision. While our name and visual identity are changing, our commitment to providing secure, reliable, and convenient financial services remains unchanged.
Is the rebrand to Foren because of the acquisition by Zedcrest Group?
The transition to Foren follows Zedcrest Group's acquisition of Leatherback and marks the next chapter in our journey. Will Leatherback's services change because of the rebrand?
No. The rebrand will not change the services you use or how you access them. Your account and existing services will continue to operate as usual, with improvements being introduced to enhance your overall experience.
Do I need to open a new account?
No. Your existing account will move to Foren automatically. Your balances, transaction history, and account details will remain associated with your account.
You will need to update your app when prompted and sign in using your existing email address and password.
